You can still use it for cooking, ice cream, ect., but don't count on it for the

probiotic benefits.

Left yogurt on for 32 hours ....

I prepared a batch of goat milk yogurt and should have put it in the

fridge at around 12 pm, I totally got distracted and out of routine

and didn't remember until 8:30 am! So it was incubating for about 32

1/2 hours. It looks like 30 is the max recommeneded time??? Should I

keep it for cooking and ice cream? Does it no longer have a high

enough probiotic count? Thanks. Jen, mom to Evie - SCD for about 9

months now!!
