Guest guest Posted March 31, 2007 Report Share Posted March 31, 2007 I prepared a batch of goat milk yogurt and should have put it in the fridge at around 12 pm, I totally got distracted and out of routine and didn't remember until 8:30 am! So it was incubating for about 32 1/2 hours. It looks like 30 is the max recommeneded time??? Should I keep it for cooking and ice cream? Does it no longer have a high enough probiotic count? Thanks.
