Have I done everything? What am I missing?

O.K. FOR THOSE THAT HAVE DONE THIS...

My insurance is approved.

My packet is on the way. (essay for Dr. R, letter from pcp, support

letters, contact letters, medical records, medical history, and

yes..pictures)

Wasn't the pictures the worst thing to have to enclose--it was the last

thing that I put in my envelope.

I have filled out clinic appointment form.

I have written letter via email to Dr. R..

I have an appointment with PCP scheduled to do last minute labs and

stuff.

I sent in the packet my pap, last ekg, last blood work, x rays,

mammogram.

(I know I will have to have the last minute--ekg,electrolytes,cbc)

I have in my own mind a proposed date.

I have proposed travel plans and made arrangements to stay with

relatives.

What have I not done??

I just want to have it all ready. I like to be prepared.

I know there is something that maybe someone did or now looking back you

are thinking, " I should have done that " ...
