Start disability now, and you don't ask the doctor, the doctor just provides

a medical record and opinion of prognosis. If you have 'disability " and then

get better and able you can always go off of it as your condition warrents.

I don't know where you are writing from but you should be able to get

Unemployment Insurance from your state. If that is not a possibility you should

seek public assistance from the city or Government. How long have you been at

your last Job and why did they fire you? What was the exact reason for

termination? How long have you been sick with the CP or any disease and what

treatment methods are you on or seeking? I know i asked alot of questions but in

order to give you any suggestions we need more information on what your current

status is.
