First of all...apologies to all for not writing much of late...I've

been just having attack after attack after attack. Almost a daily

occurrence now so obviously haven't wanted to post much. I REALLY

need to get a better handle on this illness and still haven't found

a good GI doc. I'll have to call Dr. Lehman back again and see if

he can recommend on in my area....I put in a couple of calls about a

month ago or so and never heard back from him.

Also, my sincerest condolences to on the passing of her

sister. My thoughts and prayers are with you and a special prayer

just now being sent " up " for your sister's passing.

At any rate, I'll try and post more if I can but just sitting here

on this computer causes me to get pain after an hour or so. I've

got all of my paperwork filed for the Fed. Employees Disability

Retirement and the " required " concurrent application in for SSDI

(the apparently sort of battle it out between themselves on who pays

what, etc.)....so need a prayer if you don't mind on that front. I

probably won't even hear for another month at least...but that as

you all know very well if a huge concern for me and my family.

Last thing before I go for now is does anyone know of any

contraindications for licorice root, rhubarb root, cayenne in

causing cp to either worsen or SOD attacks to be worse? Reason I

ask is that my sister is just swearing by this stuff called ReLiv

(you can look it up on the web developed by a doc that supposedly

cured himself of cancer and many testimonials of people that are

cured of all sorts of ailments by taking this stuff. I'm not

concerned by most of it (vitamins) but I am concerned about taking

the above listed herbs...since it obviously has to go thru the

digestive tract.

Any advice would be appreciated. Happy holidays to all..and more,

hope you're enjoying pain-free days and nights.

love to all
