Jon,

Spicy foods feel good! You will discovery that you eat foods that FEEL

good. And for some reason spicy is easy to tolerate. Creamy is still hard

for me.

Dear Dr. Rutledge,

I know that we each tolerate different foods to varying degrees post-op but,

that aside, is there any reason per se to avoid spicy foods?

I happen to love Indian, Chinese, Thai, Ethiopian food, etc., and would love to

continue to eat them (or at least nibble at them). But if I have to swear them

off, so be it.

Regards,

Nope.

It seem that people in general seem to like it less.
