Hi Adam,

The reason that i need such large doses of enzymes is that i have had a total

pancreatectomy.

You're right, reducing the acid in the stomach helps the enzyme capsules to

get to where they need to be for maximum effect. Reducing the acid doesn't seem

to have any adverse effects on digestion and absorption.
