That's good news overall, Silvia and if you decide to continue give it 100% compliance as you now see that small infractions can bring immediate and unpleasant consequences when those hungry gut bugs spot a tortilla heading down the chute:-) Carol F. Guest guest
<amount of itching for each " cheat " item was really minimal..> That doesn't mean the damage inside wasn't minimal. It will take months on a strict SCD for real healing to happen inside. I'm surprised you felt it necessary to cheat to confirm the SCD was helping. Her skin was so much better, right? Well, at least you can see how she reacts strongly to illegals. I am happy to hear you are continuing on the diet... Cathy >
Guest guest
oh no, i didn't " need " to cheat to confirm the diet was working...it was just a difficult situation. i had to throw out some of my airplane food due to new regulations about liquid (it was applesauce, but i guess i didn't make it chunky enough). the diet was totally working and i could definitely see that even before the cheating. the cheating just showed me how much her body has improved at dealing with infractions. > <amount of itching for each > " cheat " item was really minimal..> > That doesn't mean the damage inside wasn't minimal. It will take months > on a strict SCD for real healing to happen inside. > I'm surprised you felt it necessary to cheat to confirm the SCD was > helping. Guest guest
Sorry for being so hard on you. Sorry to here you had such a hard time with the airplane situation. I'm sure it would be no fun dealing with a hungry 2 year old on an airplane...I'm sure almost every mom would feel it necessary to have infractions with the diet in such a situation. best wishes, Cathy > > > <amount of itching for each > > " cheat " item was really minimal..> > > That doesn't mean the damage inside wasn't minimal. It will take months > > on a strict SCD for real healing to happen inside. > > I'm surprised you felt it necessary to cheat to confirm the SCD was > > helping.
