Guest guest Posted November 1, 2002 Report Share Posted November 1, 2002 , this sounds like an anxiety attack, despite what people think anxiety attacks are real, but not as serious as they feel. Reem gets these and feels very unwell when its happening. Her doctor gave her a low dose of celexa for when it was bad. She doesnt take it any more, and the attacks are far less frequent. I dont know if this is any help. I find listening to music helps me when I feel stressed, also exercising (although I know this is difficult for a lot of people), but even stretching when sitting down can help.
