Guest guest
Also in the hospital, she could meet with a dietitian and they could works out meal plans that could help her control her blood sugars. I have experience with diabetes, as my hubby is a Type 1 diabetic. He was diagnosed when he was 5, he is now 23 and does o-kay, but he is very brittle and requires an insulin pump. n is very right, your mother needs to be taken to the hospital. If she has given herself shots of insulin and her blood sugar is still that high, there could be other factors that need to be explored. I hope that she gets better and learns how to take better care of herself. Katy Mom to Austin 4 no CF & Piper 18 months w/CF
