Has anyone ever tried using to make eggless chicken pancakes before?

I did...and it worked fine. I simply used raw chicken, some skinless

pears, and a little baking soda and salt.

I pureed them in the food processor until liquified but still thick.

You can either flatten them on a griddle to ensure that they are

thoroughly cooked- or you can get them brown on both sides on the

griddle and then finish them in the oven.

My son is sensitive to eggs right now-We have just begun the diet

almost two weeks ago. Does anyone think this is a good idea, as long

as you make sure you clean all of the appliances thoroughly with a

little bleach water?

It's seems fine to me..... certainly legal. I'm glad it worked for you. I

have only used a recipe that involves pureeing cooked chicken in with squash.

No reason the chicken can't be raw, as long as you cook it thoroughly before

serving.

Did they taste good? I made them with eggs and I couldn't pay my kids to eat

them. They were so dry.

They were very moist-especially since i used some pear in them-and it

made them sweet slightly. You can make them thick on the nonstick

grill, let them brown a little and then finish in the oven, or cook

on grill, but make sure they are thoroughly cooked...my son loved

them!
