Guest guest
, These are the recipes for gelatin that were sent to me by Digestive Wellness when I ordered my fish gelatin. Pure Fish Gelatin, Recipes: Recipe #1 1 1/2 cups apple cider 1/2 cup water 1 T. gelatin Cook apple cider on low heat. In seperate bowl, mix gelatin with water (insert water first), and let stand 5 minutes in the fridge until it becomes jelled. Mix into cooked apple cider slowly, stirring on low heat. Refrigerate to stiffen. Recipe #2 2 1/2 Tablespoons gelatin 1 1/2 cups orange juice or apple cider 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits 6 oz. sliced strawberries Bring juice to a boil. In a seperate bowl, mix gelatin with water (insert water first), and let stand 5 minutes in the fridge until it becomes jelled. Add gelatin to juice - remove from heat. Add strawberries and pineapple. Chill in fridge until set. I tried Recipe #2 and had added Fresh Pineapple which caused the gelatin not to set up. You may wish to try the recipe without the fruit added the first time to make sure it will set for you. Please let me know how it turns out!!!!
