My percentage of fat, protein and carbohydrates has been about equal. Elaine always praised the value of healthy dietary fat but didn't say much about the ratio. Since I have cut back a bit on fat I feel much better, digestively speaking. Dp other veterans or moderators know anything about this? Carol F.
