A Message from the Co-Chair of Heroes of Hope

NOMINATE YOUR HERO OF HOPE!

A panel of judges chaired by CF adults Ana and Isa Stenzel, and sponsored by

Genentech, Inc., announced a new recognition program designed to honor

people with CF who give hope to others. Heroes of Hope Living with CF, is a

patient recognition program that will celebrate individuals with CF who

inspire their community by demonstrating courage, determination, and a

positive attitude while managing their health everyday.

We encourage family members, health care providers and community members to

nominate a person with CF who exemplifies a Hero of Hope. Each month a

winner will be chosen and will be recognized on the Pulmozyme web site .

Each winner will also receive a certificate of recognition, a T-shirt, and a

commemorative gift. Nomination forms can be obtained from CF Centers

nationwide or downloaded online by going to www.pulmozyme.com and clicking
