coconut flour works very well, but i believe it's an advanced food.

I don't know of any other flur substitution besides the nut flour that is SCD

legal.

Does anyone know how I can bake with and substitute something for

flour? Nut flour is not an option, because I have a daughter severely

Oh, I forgot about the coconut flour because we haven't dared to try it yet. It

is true that you can use coconut flour, but it is advanced. You would not want

to use that until several months into SCD when sufficient healing as taken

place.
