Guest guest
By neglecting to read the small print, I only used one packet of Yogourmet yogurt starter per half gallon of milk instead of two packets. The resulting yogurt appears to be of the proper consistency... I cooked it for 24 hours... is it SCD legal? Or do I need to throw it out? Thank you very much. N. So, in good conscience, I must advise you to toss it this time. Sorry. Patti Only used one packet of starter w/ Yogourmet yogurt maker... throw out results?
