Guest guest
What we use and have used forever is a product called Control 3. It kills everything and is very economical. A small bottle lasts at least 6 months. You mix an ounce with 2 gallons of water and save it for 2 weeks, and you can soak your nebs daily or I have heard it is OK to just soak them every 3 days. When I was cleaning nebs I did it daily. We did rinse in tap water however. But can someone explain why tap water is bad? Our kids (and the adults of course!) take daily showers. Wouldn't taking a shower where the water is practically nebulized do the same thing? I mean you breathe in the steam etc. No one is suggesting our kids bathe in sterile water! Anyway, probably no one knows, and back to neb cleaning, I recommend the Control 3. Grandmom Bev has it, any home health store that has respiratory supplies probably has it and it is great stuff. The way treats her nebs now would make you all faint. She never cleans,. just rinses. I am going to get them all together today and clean them, since she is sick now. In spite of this she hardly ever gets sick. I can't explain it. for what its worth, what we do.... love,
