Guest guest Posted October 8, 2002 Report Share Posted October 8, 2002 Hey Glenda I will send you a copy of what I am eating also, buy splenda for sugar you can get it where it pours from the box and use it in baking you can't tell the difference but actually I think it taste better. I've just tried various things and I am on a 1500 calorie diet, not to bad. But now the weight is stuck won't budge. lol You take care, I love you and miss you!
