I can understand my youngest who is 6 still through a fit but my oldest is going to be 12 I keep thinking she is going to grow out of it but I think it is getting worse. Guest guest Posted January 25, 2004 Report Share Posted January 25, 2004 Deb; well, don't get your hopes up, my great big, tall, German jewish hus band was screaming until about age 50, and fainted if he looked at the blood being drawn! (I use my maiden name; could not cope with " Stein kellner--12 letters)--all but my one screamer were very calm about it, oddly enough! Perhaps your children are related through some mysterious connection to my husband's family; even his brother, one year younger, was a medical screamer! My mother simply fainted each time, clear up until she died at 102.2--must have seen just too many early films!
