Need to know ASAP......Is refrig version of Dole Pineapple Juice (carton) LEGAL?

I just bought this tonight at Whole Foods, and need to give it to Ben

as he is having the OAT test done tomorrow and can't have his usual

apple cider, grapes, etc that will interfere with the test.

The carton says " Dole 100% Juice, Pineapple Juice " 64 oz. Ingredients:

filtered water, pineapple juice concentrate and absorbic acid. I know

some juices from concentrate are leagal.....is THIS one????

Please let me knwo asap, as he needs his supplements hidden in it

now....
