Becky, any juice that's frozen is not ok. It needs to be in the can and not

from concentrate. Someone has a list of the legal juices and I am sure Patti can

post them here for you.

I have frozen 100% juice from Dole..... Ingredients are pineapple

juice concentrate, filtered water and ascorbic acid (vitaminC). Is

this the legal one, i was confused since it said concentrate.

Thanks, I was thinking frozen " can " juice. I forget they make a large can of

juice on the juice isle. I am just so used to getting juice in the plastic

bottle, I forget about those cans on the bottom shelf.
