Guest guest
With my son, we just look at the CV measurement. He didn't have any real facial asymmetry or much issues, just the flat spot. His started at 15 and is now 10. Our insurance considers anything less than 6 to be " normal " and no need for medical intervention. So, I would say you sound pretty good in that area. If you keep it on until she has used it up, then you will likely be below 6. If you and your husband are happy with it, then that is all that matters!! BTW - that is awesome progress in 2 months! > > Hello, > My daughter was banded at 6 1/4 months and has been on the band for 2 months. Our insurance did not cover it and we are planning to start the appealing process. There is a SLIGHT possibility of needing a 2nd band but the way we see it is that she's made progress enough that we are happy with the results. We KNOW we are doing what's best for her and we are not strict to the point that it must be PERFECT so I think we'll be ok with a bit more progress and no more band. Since > > I see there are a lot of smart people in this board, so I wanted your opinion on her progress since Im clueless and would like someone else's thoughts outside from the CT specialist. Guest guest
Hi , That is very good progress. If you get a bit more correction great, but even the numbers you have now are good. -christine sydney, 4.5 yrs, starband grad > > Hello, > My daughter was banded at 6 1/4 months and has been on the band for 2 months.
