Welcome to Pecan Bread. I live near Akron OH. Are you near by?

I don't think you need to start off with No-fenol or Zyme Prime

enzymes. I know that it is usually recommended to remove most

supplements when starting the intro diet and then add in later what

you need. That way you know what food is tolerated and what is not

with out supplements adding confusion.
