Guest guest
I had to smile when I read your post about not being able to et warm. Thought I was alone in this. I think I just assumed those of ya'll living in snowy regions would struggle with being warm and never connected it to cp. I used to be one of those folks who turned the AC on when the temp went above 70; sweating like a pig. Now I am just freezing all the time. The weather has been fabulous here; like had said; yet I am bundled up and under layers of blankets in bed. My poor husband now sweats like a pig; and is throwing the blankets off all night. Maybe it is the loss of subcutaneous fat; but shucks Suzi; I still have plenty left, well maybe not plenty. I have lost about 120 pounds since all this started and having been loosing steadily about a pound every 2 days since I got home. I'll be a rail in no time...lol. But that is an interesting question, is it the cp, loss of sub-q fat, or changes in our thermoregulation centers of the brain. I wonder how many more of us have trouble with being too cold. Well Ihope your husband keeps up with the fire wood. Last night was the first night I hadn't built a fire in weeks and the temps are well into the 70's during the day, almost warm enough for the beach! LOL I would probably freeze to death if I went. Warmly (at heart) Chrissy
