WAY TO GO PJ! ! ! ! ! tears in my eyes... that did it! ! ! I am going for it!

Thank you for allowing me to be a witness to your growth. I think you have

assisted me in making up my mind. I have been a lurker for about a month.

I have been studing and being wishy-washy about the different forms of GB...

I have research and researched my research. Until... all that I could see

was I need to just choose what will be best for me. My PCP said " Mini

Gastric Bypass sounds good...no problem " When I asked how he felt about me

doing it. I was shocked, so shocked that he took my silence as end of

discussion and he left the room before I could ask him any of my other

questions.

I have had two cesearans and had my gall bladder removed Laprascopically last

fall. Hubbie is a big supportter of this. After watching me struggle to

lose weight and just getting sick. He really want me to be happy with

myself. (of course he is looking forward to the benefits also. :::smirk::: )

I am a mom with six kids... 6-13 (yes there is a set of twins) I really want

to be more active with them... I have choosen to get some help... since

starving doesn't work.

I have not had any contact to other MGBers other than this list. But I have

learned alot from all of you. i would like to talk to some that are on down

the road a ways... anyone here know of anythat are years down the road?? How

do I contact them?

I am still scared. But like you have all said I need to take back my power

and use it to improve my life.

So I will now go and fill out Dr Rs for online... and get with it... thanks

to Donna I know exactly how to proceed. Thank you for sharing your dreams

and your passions (even when they include spectacular belly rings.) You are

all diamonds to me.
