Guest guest
Carol, Hi, I have alittle experience with Toradol (sp?). The last couple of ER visits they would give me that medication until my blood work would come back. Of course if the enzymes weren't elevated, then they would not give me anything else but the Toradol. I have to say, that it did help things calm down abit, but once my attacks go full-blown, then nothing works but Demerol. You can also look up the drug on webmd.com That will probably give you some useful information too. Hope some of this helps. Take care Kris in TN
Guest guest
Carol, I have been given Toradol before. For me it doesn't help with the pain, and another thing...if you have an allergy to valium or histamines, steer clear of this medication. It causes me to climb the walls. It was given to me as a relaxant when I was having minor surgery, and the start time was postponed. For 3 hours I was flinging my arm around, kicking my legs, desparate to walk around simply because I reacted to the histamine in it or whatever is in it. Found out that they should not have given it to me because of my reaction with valium andother histamines.
