Guest guest
My son has been battling constipation. He has had bm's every day, but they have been small and hard. This afternoon he had a decent sized stool. It was not sticky or mucousy, nor did it have any " things " in it at all. But it was VERY dense. I mean, he literally had to have lost weight when he passed that. It was very dark in color, not black, but very dark. I am trying desprately to figure out why he is having such a difficult time and how to help him. He did not have constipation or diarrhea issues before starting this diet. Do you think this is a die-off thing, or is it indicating a food issue, or something else? We will give the Magnesium a try tonight. I just wondered if there were any other insights into this. Thank you. 2 yo SCD 8 days
