Crohn's with liver and kidney issues

I don't have an official Crohn's diagnosis yet (I see the GI surgeon on

Friday) but so far my docs agree I probably have it. I also have

elevated liver enzymes (normally only seen in alcoholics, but I don't

drink) and reduced kidney function. I've been working onto the SCD

since January 1st with the last 3 days being all " legal " . I've been

feeling worse, which is expected (extremely tired, weak and dizzy) but

my liver and kidney areas feel awful--swollen and " sick " feeling. The

doc called tonight to say my liver and kidney numbers are worse. He

doesn't know what to make of it, so he's waiting to see what the GI

surgeon says. Does anyone have any experience with this? It's very

unsettling to be working so hard and having vital organs seeming to get

worse, not better.
