Result of Kristy's endoscopy

Kristy had an endoscopy yesterday morning and she has mild to

moderate oesophagitis. They have started her on Losec (Omeprazole

magnesium) tablets daily.

Thankfully the anesthetic experience was a positive one this time

and I can't praise highly enough the brilliant anesthetic doctor!

Our stay was short and sweet thank goodness and we left DOSA just

after 1 p.m. and didn't even see a physio! (, I had been

dreading it after your recent posts)

Once again, unfortunately the gastro doctor while dictating referred

to the " debatable cf diagnosis based on sweat test results " " but

then again due to the chronic sinus disease, possible " to the point

now I find myself feeling torn. He had also told me previously her

stomach probs were unrelated to cf, but that's not what I read on

the internet etc. Then again, Kristy is coughing today (after

effects of the anesthetic most likely) so I've increased physio,

fingers crossed.
