I called the 1- number. They me a choice of 2 hotels.

Fairfield Inn for $39 a night.

The other one was $69. I chose the Fairfield, now I am wondering if

that was a good choice. She didn't say anything about a suite.

Has anyone stayed at the Fairfield?

F.Y.I....

I have stayed at Fairfields. It is owned by tt, it is more or less the

bottom line room for them. It is clean, but just a room. I checked into the

La Quinta in Chapel Hill today. Since I will be bringing my 11 yr old

daughter as well as my husband I decided I wanted an indoor pool for them.

This hotel has this. They have what they call an " extended stay " rate of

59.00 per nite and the room has a microwave and fridge. It is not too far

from the DRH and near lots of restaurants. I figure if I am staying a week it

is worth the extra $ to have some ammenities. Since this is for a medical

procedure I believe all traveling expenses are tax deductable. Are there any

accountants out there (or spouses) to answer this one?

I went to the picnic and stayed at the fairfield. It is clean,

comfortble has continental breakfast and the one we were at had indoor

pool and hot tub. There are at least 2 in the area. The one we were at

was right beside the outlet mall with great shopping. I was pleased.
