Guest guest
Thank you for your response. The TPN is through a PICC line. So, it sounds like it is normal that there is still pain when tying to liquids. I was feeling so discouraged. I guess I have to be patient. My doctor said to scratch the chicken broth and told me to try a plain baked potato. Wow! Won't do that again--full throttle pain for several hours. They don't understand what is causing the pain. I think that the sphincter muscle is too tight again and causing enzyme back up in the pancreas. They are talking another ERCP to take a look see. I am open to that, as I had one a few years ago.
