link between CF and pancreatitis

I think I may have brought this up. Here is the connection that I was

talking about. There is a genetic link. There is a CF gene that is

linked to pancreatitis. I believe it is a mutation of the CF gene.

Obviously, it depends upon your genetic makeup.

I was advised by a genetics researcher to get checked for the gene

since I am in the process of scheduling genetic testing for this and

hereditary CP. I have idiopathic CP, no determination of why I have

it, and father died of pancreatic cancer.
