Todays Update...Headache GO Away Hey ALl Had to rubn to the bathroom again so I thought I'd give a little update. Today was a crummy day, I felt sick all day, had the chills and a dang headache that refused to go away no matter what I tried. My arthritis is all out of whack and I caught PMS from the guy in group the other day...LOL Anyways...called a friend today to vent a little. I want to push push push myself. Thats the way I have always been and I want the TX team to see how hard I am working and how much I want this. I kinda got in trouble when I almost ended up on the floor during my 20 min walk. I kept swearing I could walk without the walker...I lost my body won...LOL Anyways...bad days and good days. I just hope Im not getting sick again with the chills. On a good note one young Cfer ran today...just 3 months ago she was too sick for TX.She rehabed and got her lungs 1 week after she got activated and now...2 months later...ran 2 laps arouynd the track and did 15 laps...I do 9 in 20 mins so think of it in that way..... I am having Blood Sugar issues though. I get low with exercise and its not following any rhymne or reason. I cannot get myself to eat a bigger meal before I leave. I start gaging...any ideas on what snacks might help. I am eating unsweetened apple sauce, sugar free jello, and a diet root beer for my late snack and for my pick me up a low carb cereal bar and lots of water.
