I have been on a Medical Mystery Tour for the past 8 years and have a odd collection of ailments. I have seen many specialists over the years but recently was diagnosed with RP. I saw an ENT doc in July for sudden hearing loss, that has now left me " severe-profoundly " deaf in the left ear, apparently permanently. My ears have been flaring intermittently for a long time, and RP had been suggested as a diagnosis in the past - but the ENT put the picture together as RP as she saw the particularly bad ear flares. Is there anyone out there in Arizona ( specifically Tucson)who knows of a doctor who is knowlegeable about RP? Next best location would be New Mexico. Thanks for any help or info.
