Bananas and cooked apples can definitely contribute to constipation for some.

They are considered " binding " . You could ease up on those fruits and consider

cooked pears instead. Adding a supplement of magnesium oxide (or citrate) would

help, too. Some can add in a LITTLE bit of finely ground nut flour at this

point and end up with a happy medium. Don't go overboard or you'll get the

opposite.
