Guest guest Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 I just ordered the 2 cookbooks, " Eat Well, Feel Well " and " Grain-free Cooking. " I am excited about the recipes, but a lot of them require yogurt. I need to avoid dairy right now, but have no idea what I could substitute. I am not a very good cook and need some help. Could I use mayo or applesauce? Also, when you substitute, do you use the same amounts? Like when it says 1/2 cup of butter, do I then use 1/2 cup of coconut oil? Thanks!
