has anyone appealed insurance for DocBand when Insurance does cover Hanger?

Hi,

My insurance company (BCBS FEP in VA)covers the Hanger band which has a location

in my hometown. HOWEVER, our doctor referred us to CT, they had never heard of

Hanger and after much research, we also felt CT would give us the best results

(which so far its been great).

SO, has anyone successfully appealed with one company when another is covered?

Any tips?
