Hello all you wonderful people that answer these newbie qustions!

(I'm not brown nosing, just spreading the love.)

I have a question. My son, 3 1/2, on the diet for 28 days is still

having intermitent constipation, mushy poops, 4 formed poops, and

pressing his belly off and on. We are trying to watch for reactions

but it is so hard to read sometimes. I'm not expecting a complete

turnaround this quickly but just want to make sure I'm doing my best

for him and that we are on track.

Here's what he eats now:

chicken and beef pancakes with green beans and carrot in them,

scrambled eggs, cooked apples and pears, broiled fish fillets,

apple/pear sauce to hide vitamins, we just removed carrot curls for a

few days (worried about all the oil), just introducted very ripe

bananas, banana pancakes (worried about bananas but would hate to

remove them again), just added zucchini and yellow squash- cooked and

deseeded , however I added them at the same time because I was tryng

to make meat loaf.

here's his supplements:

ASD Plex, all SCD legal vitamins: c 500mg, calcium citrate 300 mg,

two tsp CLO, 1/2 tsp Finest Fish oils, SCDophlis (just started 3 days

ago), zinc 40 mg, melatonin 100mg with magnesium at bedtime. Epsom

salt baths nightly, activated charcoal as needed. Oh, we're starting

prednisone for 35 days.

I'm just asking for some sage advice.

Thanks for your help.

Tricia S., mom to Aidan the Buggy Gooser, ASD (for now)

SCD 28 days
