Guest guest
I was just reading the new update on scdrecipe.com. It was talking about probiotics helping Crohn's. It mentioned several strains, but said that in this study, L. casei or L. bulgaricus were the ones that really helped the most. Are these probiotics in most yougurt? I buy Dannon to make our SCD yogurt. It doesn't list all the probiotic strains, but I was told I could use Dannon as a starter. I just wondered if L. casei or L. bulgaricus were in it. I know the L. bulgaricus is legal. Is the L. casei scd legal too? Any other thoughts on this article? If you want to read the article, go to: http://www.scdrecipe.com/ and go to updates. It's labled " Probiotics, Crohn's Disease, and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) (2/7) " -Sharon
