Another strain of probiotic in capsule form that is SCD legal?

Is there another strain of probiotic that can be found in capsule form besides

acidophilus that would work well with acidophilus? Where can I buy it?

Dana,

The only legal probiotic supplement besides acidophilus is s.boulardii. People

usually use that one if they have problems with clostridia bacteria.....

because SCD alone is not enough to get rid of clostridia.

Dear Patti,

I've had 5 squares for snack. We're on day #44 of the

diet and I want to start the 3rd stage on Christmas

day. I only had 7 foods in the 1st stage; 3 fruits, 2

veggies, meats & eggs. I wonder what a food's name and

then " *(see note) " means?

Did you mean to respond to a different message? I honestly can't figure your

When we put the chart together we put " * " by the foods that can

aggravate strictures and could cause obstructions. The " *(see

note) " refers to this note above the chart:

" * Note: For those with strictures (narrowed ileums) certain foods

may aggravate the narrowed portions of the ileum.

These foods include raw grapes, lots of raisins, spaghetti squash,

celery, vegetable and fruit peels, whole nuts (nut flour or nut

butter seems to be okay). Please also see Obstructions and
