Let me know.>> The instructions for the carrot/garlic juice are at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/pecanbread/files/ I did small amounts of this combo twice a day. I think I used 1 large carrot and 1 garlic clove. I diluted it the first couple of times with water. It isn't nice tasting so I stopped diluting it after a while and drank it straight, combined with the yeast enzyme. Then quickly had a glass of water after. Sheila, SCD Feb., 2001, UC 22yrs mom of and Hi Sheila (it's been awhile since we've " talked " ), My three sons and I started the carrot juice/garlic regimen this morning. I remember now why we did it only once probably 2 years ago!! It feels like we are breathing fire and our stomachs feel rather on fire also--is this a normal reaction? Some of us have also been burping it and one son said he felt like vomiting it after he drank it (but didn't). Some of those cloves of garlic are quite large--did you use 1 no matter what the size? We used two carrots and 1 garlic clove each--and diluted with water. Did you experience die-off from it? You could share one garlic clove and two to three carrots worth between the three of you. If still too strong dilute even further. Carrot also has a antifungal effect that is amplified by the garlic. I did experience die off with it. Are you experiencing yeast problems or is there another reason for the carrot/garlic juice. Guest guest
I just want to say that I always give this one with food because the garlic is a little hard on an empty stomach. > > > Re: how long int first stages? > > > > << Robin - what do you do about dosing for the carrot > juice--drink the > juice from two carrots and one clove of garlic in a day?
