I think of it as a more or less Brittish expression, meaning

the character and behavior (humorous) and cuteness of a child.

I am not sure what we say here--probably fifty different words would

cover it--nothing that succinct in us English, not that I know of.

I love the word, though, and its meaning! Love to all of you and to
