Dear list,

I'm tired of making chicken cupcakes...I really miss my GF baking!

Everyone misses it.

I wanted to make some seed butter/squash bread but I was wondering if

it was too soon. In the book it says 3 months after last

symptom.Although we have been on the SCD for 6 months now...a can't

really say that we have been symptomless...a lot of bumps, a lot of

mistakes...

I don't think we can do the nuts yet, I am wondering if pumkin seeds

would be as difficult as the nuts are for the kiddos?

Thanks,

Cathy

Pumpkin seeds would be generally MORE difficult to digest than nuts.....

pumpkin seed butter is more advanced than any of the nut butters. Unless your

child is really doing well on SCD and greatly improved, without any recent

flare-ups or problems, I would not try this yet.
