Crepe Pan?

My dad just handed me a pan and I think it's a crepe pan. It's kind of

like a skillet, only it's slighty domed and has no sides. Anyway, I

was wondering if I could use this with SCD recipes or if it only works

with regular flour recipes. Anyone know? Don't want to keep worthless

kitchen equipment around if I don't need it.
