Looking for Info on IEP/Section 504 Plans

Hello Everyone-

I am in the beginning stages of developing an IEP plan for my son who

is 6 1/2.

From what I understand, they are used in public schoool to cover

things like; determining when tutors will be provided when your child

has a lengthy absence and excusing tardiness if they are late to

school b/c of treatments.

Does anyone have a list of things they have included?
