and my outrage continues....

I need to write a grievance letter --fast!!!

I have scheduled our consult anyway and plan on moving forward, but we really,

really can't afford this right now.

Are there any studies, facts etc. that I should include in a letter that makes

me sound like I know what I am talking about as I plead my son's case?

Any help and wisdom is greatly appreciated. Has anyone successful overturned an

insurance denial in their favor?
