Bev,

We left early to avoid bad weather and the bad weather never happened!

Hahahahaha!

When we were tying down the bicycle we realized it had a flat tire so had to

stop and find a new inner tube. We were afraid to leave the bicycle on top of

the van overnight at the motel so we unhooked it and put in the room with us.

We only had a short time with Becky and the kids but it was wonderful getting

to meet them and her parents, too! It was way too cold to stay at the

trailer very long and I think everybody there needed to find a bathroom ASAP

when we

left!!!

That is such a sweet family. They all are very warm hearted and it shows!

It seemed the kids took turns hiding around the corner and then running out and

hugging one or the other of us!

Of course, we were halfway there before we thought about the camera so had to

stop and buy a disposable one! Then, I was taking these wonderous pics when

asked me if I turned on the flash.......so I then turned over the

camera to Art.

While we were there I realized we had left the box with the glasses at home.

And while driving home the major item crashed into my brain!!! We forgot the

television!!! Oh, no! How are we going to get it to them??? Can't take it

next weekend since we will be leaving Thursday for Florida. And Mon, Tue and

Wed we have to run the prop pickup routes.

After some thought Art decided the best way will be to get a padded TV box

and ship it to them.

We found a flea market and couple of antique stores on the way home. We do

tend to meander around a little bit when we are traveling. Found a new rubber

stopper for my cane! Yeah!! Kept forgetting to look for one and the old one

was getting very slippery!

Also, found a couple of rocks to take back to put on the hillside behind my

house. I do that just about everywhere I go. Rocks, sand and baseball caps.

Interesting collection of " stuff. "

Fingers tired, eyes sore, jabbering nonsense. Time to hit send button!

Love you all!
