HI everyone..

Just thought I would give you another great recipe I made last night.. It's

really good for those of you who love pizza but cannot eat the crust..

4-6 oz V8 juice

6 crackers

shredded cheese <whatever kind you like>

toppings <meats, veggies, etc.>

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.. In a small pot, cook juice down so that it

thickens up like spaghetti sauce.. Be sure to stir constantly so you don't burn

it... <the thicker it is, the less likely you will end up with a mushy cracker

:)> Place crackers on cookie sheet and spoon on about 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of sauce

on each and top with cheese and whatever your toppings of choice are.. Place in

oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.. ENJOY! :)

In my thoughts and prayers,

Terri
