Guest guest
That is a lot of yogurt for a newbie. Did you start with the 1/8 of a tsp. and have worked your way up to the 4T? Coconut oil has definitely triggered a new round of yeast die-off in my son. His behavior is OK, but he did have a day where I thought he had a virus, now I believe it was a die-off thing. In fact yesterday he fell asleep in the middle of the day which he NEVER does and was coughing, sounded wheezy and like he had a cold, he slept for 2 hours and woke up with no more cough or wheezing, acting completely fine and really happy. I think that these die-off things can just do some wierd stuff sometimes. I know there are far more knowledgeable people on here than I, but I'd cut back on the amounts. My understanding is that probiotics are really essential for the healing process, but I am just wondering if cutting back on the amount would help. Or, it could just be that the coconut oil is triggering a big die-off. Maybe cutting back on the amount of coconut oil would help.
