Hi Squeek, I was diagnosed with termporal arteritis last July, and was

put on 60 mg of prednisone and had a biopsey. But the biopsey was

negative, they wanted me to have another one, but I would not. It

wasn't that pleasant of an operation and it could also be negative and

not mean too much. But the pred. sure took away the constant

headaches, neck that wouldn't move and problems with my eyes. The doc

has been gradually reducing the pred. I am down to 12mg right now. How

much are you on. And have you had any problems with your eyes. That

scares me the most. I am afraid to go down on the pred. too much and

have any problems with my sight return. Let me know how you are doi
